Historic Downtown Durango Intimate Wedding: Aimee & Shawn

I’m still dreaming about this wedding at this historic Victorian home that the bride’s family owns. Aimee grew up in this home and it holds so many special memories for her, including her mother playing the piano in the music room. Having lived here my whole life, I knew this house well from the outside and I am so grateful to have been able to be inside of this amazing place and be able to photograph it. Aimee and Shawn had such an amazingly unique wedding and I could have done it all over again the next day. This home had so many stories and memories and I know I just scrathced the surface of it. I hope someday I can return to photograph inside it once more. Maybe after the ballroom remodel?
