San Juan National Forest Elopement: Avery + JW

Avery and JW went exploring with me in the San Juan Mountains for their elopement last week. These two love birds came from out of state having never seen Durango before and they blindly trusted me to take them somewhere wonderful. I had then both hop into my car when we realized their vehicle wasn't up to the task and we went higher to a lily pad-covered lake, with no other people in sight. It rained on us the entire time and it made for some super moody and dreamy images. Congrats to these two!
