High above Durango, Colorado, as the leaves began to turn from the emerald greens of summer to the sunflower yellows of fall, a day 13 years in the making was about to begin. Jennifer and Evan met training for new jobs at the Olive Garden and connected over their shared loved of endless soup, salad and bread sticks - as Evan’s brother tells it. Over the years their connection took them far from the restaurant to scuba diving adventures, comedy show date nights, and picnics on mountaintops.

Their years of adventures finally took them here, to Cascade Village, a wedding venue fit for an adventures and mountain-loving couple. Surrounded by Colorado peaks, aspen and pine trees all around, and amenities for all out of town guests to enjoy. Jennifer and Evan planned the perfect Durango destination wedding. Evan built their own custom yards games for cocktail hour. Jennifer included gorgeous details and decor she hand picked and brought in herself. This couple put their heart and souls into their wedding day and it really showed.
